Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you received your delivery. Your return must be sent to us within 14 days – the time the parcel spends on its way back to us does not count. Fill in the return form included in your parcel and use the enclosed return shipping label.
Returns weighing less than 2 kg are charged SEK 49; returns over 2 kg are charged SEK 99. The amount is settled using the same payment method you used for your purchase. The cost of returning strollers and furniture depends on size – please contact us for an exact price. Items bought online can also be returned or exchanged free of charge in our shop at Odengatan 94, Stockholm.

Complaints

If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us by email as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days. Email your order number to hello@potitstockholmo.shop, along with a description of the fault and how it occurred. Please attach a few photos showing the whole product as well as the fault in detail. Once we have received your email, we will assess whether the item is faulty and let you know as soon as possible whether your claim has been approved. All claims must be approved by Petit Stockholm before items are sent back.

Refunds are made once the item has been claimed, received and approved as a faulty-goods claim by Petit Stockholm.

Returns and any claims should be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery.

14-day right of withdrawal

We follow the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, which means you have the right to return ordered items without giving a reason. To cancel your purchase, simply let us know within 14 days from the day you received your delivery; the return must be sent within this period. The item should be returned well packed, in good condition and in its original box. For health and hygiene reasons, pacifiers, baby bottles and hair accessories cannot be returned. For safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to strollers or car seats that have been assembled.

If you have handled the item more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or function, and this has reduced its value, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to that loss in value from the refund. The reduction in value is assessed case by case.

Please note: the right of return/exchange does not apply to sale items after 14 days

Uncollected parcels
If you place an order and do not collect your parcel before it is returned to us (parcels approx. 1 month, letters 7 days), we will invoice you SEK 250 to cover our costs from the postal service. You will, of course, be refunded for your items, excluding any shipping fees.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the day we received it. You pay the return shipping costs yourself when sending the item back.
